Ok Pare is a free social bookmarking utility (“Service”) where people can store, tag, search, and share links/URLs of their favorite websites. • Pornography and Obscenity – You may not post/bookmark or add any content that contain nudity or sexually graphic material.
• Hateful Content – You may not bookmark/post websites or add any content that promotes hate toward group base on a race or ethic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity.
• Violent Content - You may not bookmark/post websites or add any content containing direct threats of violence against any person or group of people.
• Private and Confidential Information – You may not bookmark/post websites or add any content containing people’s private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and other license numbers.
• Impersonation – You agree not to impersonate others through our services in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.
• Unlawful Use of Services - Our products and services should not be used for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous and illegal activities. Your account may be terminated and you may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Spam, Malicious Codes and Viruses – You agree not to spam or transmit malware and viruses.

Termination and Suspension
Ok Pare may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate the Service, terminate this Agreement, or suspends or terminate your account.

Without limiting the foregoing, Ok Pare makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, or any errors in the service will be corrected.
3. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by your from Ok Pare or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Service.
